Cancellation, Reschedule & No-Show Policy
We know things happen, they do to us too!
- We respectfully ask for that at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your pet(s) appointment without a fee. This allows us sufficient time for us to find a replacement appointment for our groomers.
- Missing an appointment, not showing, or providing less than 24 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of $30 per pet applied for your next service with us. This fee contributes to the minimum cost of our groomer’s time. We value your business and appreciate your understanding
Payments Accepted
- Payment is required upon completion of services. We accept all major credit cards via Square Merchant Services, personal or business checks, and cash
- Returned checks will be subject to a $30.00 bank service fee
