Cancellation, Reschedule & No-Show Policy
We know things happen, they do to us too!
- We respectfully ask for that at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your pet(s) appointment without a fee. This allows us sufficient time for us to find a replacement appointment for our groomers.
Missing an appointment, not showing, or providing less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of $40.00 per pet in the grooming salon and $60.00 per pet on our mobile service. This fee contributes to the minimum cost of our groomer’s time.
Please note we understand emergencies happen and will use our discretion when applying fees. We value your business and appreciate your understanding.
Payments Accepted
- Payment is required upon completion of services. We accept all major credit cards via Square Merchant Services, personal or business checks, and cash.
- Late payments are subject to a $10.00 service fee which will cover merchant and administrative costs.
- For your convenience, we do offer the option to securely store your credit/debit card on file for future billing. An authorization form is required to be filled out and returned to the office.
- Returned checks will be subject to a $30.00 bank service fee.
